On different occasions, when I interact with people, especially mothers, I hear most of them complain about not having any job, or being retrenched or sacked, therefore, not being able to adopt the standard of living they desire. Most times people depend solely on one source of income, or on one sector of the economy. But nobody can foresee tomorrow, and here are my questions.

What if that business folds up? Where will you run to? What if your husband’s job appointment gets terminated today? What will you depend on? What if something negative happens to the sector by which you gain your sole income from? What will you hold on to?

Probably, if you have a skill, it wouldn’t be of much burden to you of where you stand at that particular point in time. Contrary wise, if you do not possess a skill, you may either end up begging for money or living an unpleasant life that you never planned for.

This is why FEZU Couture came into existence; to eliminate idleness in the society, and to render individuals useful to themselves, as well as the society at large.
